Exchange or Return of Goods
At Beownt, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind, you have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return or exchange, provided the product is in its original condition.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
The product is not accepted back if at least one of the components is missing:
All included accessories and parts
Proof of purchase (Beownt order confirmation or receipt)
Warranty card (if applicable)
A service report if the product is defective
The money for the goods will be returned within the terms by Beownt.
